SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently ship to all customers within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses).
2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES To keep our prices competitive and offer you the latest technology without middleman markups, we ship directly from our specialized warehouses.

Standard Shipping (USA): 7 to 12 business days.

Peak Seasons (Holidays): Please allow up to 15 business days due to high carrier volume.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
4. SHIPPING COSTS

FREE Shipping: On all orders over $75 USD (including our 2-Camera and 3-Camera Bundles).
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can follow your "SolexGuard" journey directly through our website or via our partner carrier's portal. It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES SolexGuard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Note: Most orders to the USA under $800 are duty-free.
7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & LOST PACKAGES
