Como vas a vender en USA, tu política de devoluciones debe sonar justa pero también protegerte a ti (especialmente siendo Dropshipping). El estándar en EE. UU. para generar confianza es de 30 días.

Returns & Refund Policy

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE At SolexGuard, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN PROCESS To start a return, you can contact us at support@solexguard.com.

  • Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

  • Return Address: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. (Contact our support for the specific return warehouse address).

3. DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.

4. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Digital gift cards.

  • Items on clearance (Final Sale).

  • Products damaged by improper installation or misuse.

6. EXCHANGES The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
